Merchandise graphics for the guitar shredding Manuel Gardner Fernandes.
Using light to help illuminate the recognisable contours of his face, I designed a single-tone portrait of Manu to be screen printed onto merchandise. The shattered portrait is an attempt to capture the technically defying and intricately smooth defining style of his music.
Two single-tone print designs provided the option to print on both light and dark coloured fabrics.
